The Winter Night Market is back and we're lighting things up like never before! Be the first to get your hands on the hottest food trends in Melbourne as we fire up your Wednesday night!

MoVida's Paco's Tacos will be dishing up their famous Mexican street-style tacos and char-grilled corn on the cob, while the founders of Those Girls Beverage Co. introduce a new prehistoric foodie concept of Bone Brth!

Oh, did we mention that there will be pasta tossed in a giant parmesan wheel, churro bowls with marshmallow hot chocolate and more flamed meat and delicious cheese than you'll know what to do with!

Of course no visit to the Winter Night Market will be complete without a trip to The Cauldron Bar where we'll be serving up steaming cups of Hot Cider.

This season you'll find loads of quirky shopping experiences, including Lil Gas who transform discarded gas bottles into funky industrial planters and homewares. There's even a dedicated weekly Pop Up Zone that will feature a changing line-up of jewellery-makers, clothing, health and wellbeing stalls.
