Leeds most loved festival returns for it’s 4th and most exciting year yet on Saturday 1st July, as we launch at our new site - Thwaite Mills Watermill Museum.

Set on a beautiful island in the canal just 2 miles from Leeds city centre, Thwaite Mills is one of the last examples in Britain of a powered water-mill. It's river-side location, extensive forestry and picturesque grounds make for a truly unique and stunning backdrop for this years Made in Leeds Festival.

Your imagination will run wild in our extraordinary new location - think secret gardens & forbidden forests as for the first time ever we take to the outdoors with open-air stages beneath the trees. Complete with our biggest ever sound & unbelievable production installations, with no restrictions.

We are excited to announce this years brands & themes for Made in Leeds Festival 2017! Some of Leeds legendary and home-grown brands take over the beautiful Thwaite Mills Watermill Museum on Saturday 1st July, each bringing their own musical style & flavour to what has become the cities most loved festival.

This year see’s the introduction of all-new arenas with FEDERATION hosting an open-air stage, FIBRE take you on an enchanted trip to their secret garden, BACK TO BASICS curate an out of the ordinary open-air structure beside the canal, and SLEEPIN IS CHEATIN go deep into the woods with INSOMNIA in a big-top beneath the trees.

All manner of mystical performers, visuals and scenery like nothing you have ever experienced are the main focus of this years gathering, this is the North’s must attend event of the summer 2017.

So, if you think you’re ready, take the trip across the river, ahead you’ll see the historical Thwaite Mills, beyond the mill is mystery, beyond the mill is mystical, beyond the mill is Made in Leeds Festival. The magic happens just once a year, do not miss out.

This years VIP is once again hosted by Leeds favourite Bar Fibre - VIP ticket holders get exclusive access to the Fibre VIP secret garden that includes cocktail bars, luxury toilets, seating & tables, live percussionists, and the Fibre residents serving up the signature Fibre sound-track. VIP ticket holders also get priority entry to the festival meaning less queue time. VIP tickets have sold out in record time on all previous years, the capacity is limited, do not delay if you want to do it in style this year.

￭ SHUTTLE BUSES ￭

Shuttle buses will depart from outside Fibre on Lower Briggate every 15 minutes starting at 12.30pm and will return every fifteen minutes from Thwiate Mills until 23.30pm. A return ticket is priced at £5.00 per person and is payable to the driver on the outward leg.

Please do not lose your return leg of the ticket as you will be required to show this to the driver on the return trip. If you lose it, you will be required to pay the £5.00 fee again. Shuttle bus tickets are not sold in advance and can only be purchased on the day on the buses. This service is provided by HCT Transport and not Made in Leeds Festival direct. There is strictly NO parking, please DO NOT drive to the site.
