Ready to get weird with brewing? In this special edition of our Brewniversity series we push aside yeast, water, hops, and malt in favour of all the other tasty things you can add to beer!

Experimenting with beer is nothing new. People have been chucking adjuncts in beer forever! George and Jono will take you through the history of different adjuncts, the trends that arise each year with them, and all the different types of flavours you can get!

From coffee beans to chili peppers to frozen pizza, the wonderful world of adjuncts is vast and plentiful... and it can definitely get a little weird.

Come down to learn all about brewing adjuncts! Each session in this series comes with a beer tasting and a presentation led by our master brewers, Jono and George! For this session, they will be putting on a live brew demo to really show how adjuncts can be used in a brew. You'll be able to come in and get the beer you helped brew later on in the year when it's ready!
