During this workshop you will learn how to use your oxygen more efficiently to reduce stress, sleep better and gain more energy.
We will introduce the basics of breathing anatomy and physiology, while discovering how to utilise different breathing methods to positively impact your performance, recovery, and total health.

You will have an introduction to cold exposure effectively causing subsequent fat loss, reduce inflammation, balance your hormone levels and shift your mood.

We believe this will give you the tools to help improve your energy and focus the mind. Gaining the ability to master the mind, body and breath.

For who?
The course is suitable for anyone intrested in investigating their basic function of the Autonomic Nervous System and it’s effect on health and how breathing effects your pH balance, movement and performance. Learning how you can gain control over your physiology and boost performance.
