Yoga is good for every BODY and every mind. Learning to stretch, strengthen, and tone simultaneously is great for the muscles, joints, and even the internal organs. Most importantly, yoga teaches meditative breathing, relaxation, and focus during times of challenge. You learn to enjoy challenge, stretch the mind into new shapes and possibilities, and relax on command! Whether you are an athlete, an artist, an academic, or a unique mixture of the three, yoga skills are useful in all life situations. Dedicated students are welcome! Bring an open mind.
