Pre-Poverty Conference Bridges Training: Cost $35 to cover book and lunch

Bridges Out of Poverty is a uniquely powerful framework designed for services and business professionals. Based in part on Dr. Ruby K. Payne’s myth-shattering A Framework for Understanding Poverty, Bridges reaches out to millions of professionals whose daily work connects them with people in poverty. Attendees will learn concepts to increase their understanding of the people they serve and interact with each day. You will be introduced to and practice using tools to evaluate your workplace and the work you do. These tools will help you identify beginning steps for changing program designs, policies, and procedures which lead to improved outcomes.

Training is hosted by CAP Utah.

Jen Nibley, Arrive Utah Director, is a certified trainer for Bridges Out of Poverty, Workplace Stability, and the Circles Initiative.
