Many people think "I should meditate, but I could never do that." This way of thinking is caused by the many myths and misconceptions surrounding meditation. After many years of trying and feeling like I failed, I learned a lot through my studies found my own personal passion for meditation. And the biggest myth? You have to clear your mind in order to meditate. That is not possible! However, with practice you are able to calm the mind and discover your own inner peace. Please join me for this workshop and:
