Are you ready to start the 2017-2018 academic year with AEL? Come register for classes and start your new path to success.

Students must attend the entire time in order to complete registration.

YOUTH REQUIREMENTS:
16 year olds must have all of the following before they are able to attend classes:
1. Official court order or letter from probation officer (mandated by Texas Law)
2.Official withdrawal from the last school attended
3.Parent/Guardian signature on the student enrollment form (will be obtained at registration)

17 or 18 year olds must have all of the following before they are able to attend classes:
1. Official withdrawal from the last school attended or if home schooled-letter from parent stating they were homeschooled
2. Parent signature on student enrollment (will be obtained at registration)
A. If the participant no longer lives with the parent/guardian they must have: 1. Proof that the 17/18 year old lives seperate from parent/guardian (utility bill in their name, marriage license, rental agreement) or 2. Attestation of homelessness (enrollment form, admittance form from private organization-homeless shelter).

Students without the proper and completed paperwork will NOT be allowed to participate in the AEL program.

PUBLIC ASSISTANCE:
If you are receiving public assistance of any kind, please bring a copy of the benefits award letter containing who in the household is receiving benefits and dates of eligibility.

ASSESSMENTS:
During registration all students must take an assessment to help our instructors provide a better service in helping students reach their goals. Students must also take assessments periodically while in the program to ensure we are helping students make continuous progress.

Please be 10-15 minutes early to registrations.

It is recommended that students bring a lunch since registrations may go through the lunch hour.
