Learn to make your own probiotic beverages at home in this hands-on workshop with PRESERVED owner Elizabeth Vecchiarelli. We will learn the history, nutritive value and demonstrate the simple technique of continuous brewing, flavoring & carbonating kombucha. Each student will receive in-depth recipe guides, SCOBY starter culture and a bottle of flavored kombucha to ferment at home!
