Come to this fun, interactive session and get your questions answered.

How can I get my children more involved?
How do I encourage my child to help make meals and snacks?
Why are family meals important?
How can I get my child to try new foods?
What motivates children's food choices?
How can I provide food experiences for my children that will set up positive eating habits for life?

This session will cover the current best practice approach to getting children involved.

Facilitated by Erica Noble, Family Food Educator (Family Food Patch).

You will get lots of resources to take home including recipes.

Entry is $2. There is no charge for Child Health Association Tasmania members.
