This is your chance to make a difference!
With the toxic tide of plastic pollution devastating our oceans and killing our marine-life worldwide, Sea Shepherd Australia’s Marine Debris Campaign is standing with the Plastic Free July initiative yet again this year.
Plastic Free July is an annual global campaign which aims to create awareness of the environmental problems associated with plastics, in particular single-use plastic products.
50% of all plastic produced annually 300 million tonnes is made into single use products with a large proportion of those finding their way into our waterways.
You can help protect our beaches, oceans, wildlife and planet by joining us on Saturday July 1st as our Marine Debris team and Plastic Free July join forces to conduct a clean-up at Surfers Paradise.
